Prepayment (EU-banktransfer):
After you have sent us your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation of your order. Within one week, send a banktransfer for the amount due to the bank account stated in the e-mail. On the banktransfer sheet be sure to include all important data that you received from us with that e-mail. After receipt of your transfer we will dispatch your goods immediatly. For this payment method we do not charge etxra fees, just the normal shipping & handling costs. But some banks outside of the European Union will charge service fees, please check that with your employee.

PayPal:

Debit Advice Procedure:
This is only available íf you keep a german Giro-banking account.

Complaints / Replacement / Damaged deliveries:
Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package (if necessary open the package in the presence of the postman). If you want to return shirts, please contact us first via email, explaining the problem. If you send a package, do not forget to add sufficient postage to the package and please use the least expensive means of transportation. It would be the best to use the original packaging. In case of a legitimate complaint (damaged items, false delivery) we will always refund the postage expenses. We don′t accept used shirts as returns. All deliveries are subject to these terms of delivery. All data necessary for delivery and processing are stored by our EDP department and we assure that they will not be handed over to any third party. We assure our goods to be free of manufacturing or material defects or errors. We are not responsible for any misuse of our articles for purposes intended by the customer. The customer is obliged to check the goods for defects immediately after delivery. Special offers are only valid while supplies last. Changes in prices, errors and omissions expected. The delivered goods remain our property until fully paid for. If you send us an email, please choose a subject heading that clearly defines what your email is about, otherwise your mail might get lost or won′t be read by us.
